The City of Albany Industrial Development Agency is continually striving to enhance transparency and streamlined access to information. A new searchable project database is now available that better organizes project documents.

In addition to being able to find these documents as City of Albany IDA meeting materials are regularly posted, website visitors can now search by project name, applicant name, address or other identifying information to more easily view details about a project’s economic impact, and find project-related documents such as project applications, approving resolutions, relevant meeting materials and more. At this time, the database includes active projects from 2015 to present.
